LINE-X Liners are produced using LINE-X dispensing system by mixing two

formulated liquid components (Hardener A & Resin B) at high pressure and
temperature near the tip of LINE-X sprayer gun forming an instantaneous
solid layer that adheres permanently to the facing surface taking its exact
shape and contour. Above Listed liners are IDEAL for hundreds of in

2-LINE-X Thermal Insulation Foams:
LINE-X Foams are numerous with variety of densities, compressive
strengths, they can be
Spray-able as well as Inject-able;
Soft, Medium and Hard. All Types of Foams are produced by LINE-X
dispensing system.
Two widely used Rigid foams are:- Spray-able BUC-174, 95+% closed
cell flame retardant.
Inject-able BUC-225, 95+% closed cell flame retardant.
3-LINE-X Cast-able:
LINE-X Cast-able Materials such as BUC-206, BUC-325, BUC-305..etc.,
are suitable for
hundreds of industrial and Artistic Applications, such as Auto Seats
